From 1^st April 2024, Nikki Daniels and Lawren Cecaley stepped back from their management roles to continue with e-Zee as non-executive directors, ensuring that their knowledge and experience of the insurance industry, technology and digitalsector is not lost.

When e-Zee began back in 2008, did Nikki and Lawrence have any idea how successful their start-up would be? 

Nikki recalls: “We knew what we wanted to achieve, and that was to build a business employing experts from the electronic trading and digital trading industry that could speak the same language as our clients.  There were, and still are, so many organisations in our sector crying out for straightforward advice from people that have lived in their world.  That’s what we strived to bring to market and I’m proud to say that we did exactly that”.

The two e-Zee directors that are delighted to accept that baton are Eloise Hibberd and Ian Josephs.  

It was a straightforward decision as Lawrence explains: “e-Zee is in excellent hands due to the strength in depth of its management and team of consultants.   Eloise and Ian understand this business inside out and have the vision and passion to take it to the next level.  The pace of change in this sector is intense and more so than ever firms need to make sure they don’t get left behind.  I know e-Zee will be there for them in future and I’m really thrilled that we have such a great team to allow us to do this”.

So as e-Zee navigates its future path, it can do so with the innovation and drive of a new and evolving team together with the experience and stability of its founders.
